About July Ono
July Ono currently owns and manages over a $30 million commercial real estate portfolio. A real estate investor, educator and entrepreneur, July is the President of On The Beach Education® Corporation. Her company offers a coaching and mentoring program designed to take the fear out of real estate investing. Their goal is to help people leverage proven systems, to achieve their financial independence, sooner than later. Between 2006 to 2008, her students have acquired over $40 million of investment properties.
She has a passion for networking and empowering others to live their potential. She strongly believes that applied knowledge is power and that this is the path to enlightenment and financial freedom.
July’s single-minded determination to succeed led her to develop systems and tools to help her clients and students succeed in business. On The Beach Education® Corporation was launched to help share her knowledge and discoveries with people who want to succeed in business.
July is a multi-talented woman with a host of interests that span from running triathlons to screenwriting. She is a PADI certified scuba diver; black belt instructor in Taekwondo; small calibre marksman; and a speed typist clocked at over 115 words per minute.
July has also been a professional actor and screenwriter. Her on screen credits include a host of commercials, independent films and the award winning Harvest Production/National Film Board production of “Obachan’s Garden.”
July enjoys spending time in sunny Tsawwassen with her husband when she is not travelling the world looking for new investment property, teaching seminars or playing an exotic new sport.
